Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that SOFT FURNISHINGS WITH FLAIR LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 March 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 5 March 2015 at 7.20am.
