Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that EAST MEETS WEST FOOD SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 March 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 1 March 2015 at 11.30pm.
