Notice of Meeting of Creditors

I propose to not call meetings of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

I fix 30 April 2015 as the date by which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
