Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 17 February 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that HARDY & HISCOKE (2008) LIMITED be liquidated and that Edwin Peter Post, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2015.
