Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of APPLE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) (as a corporate trustee of Trustees in the Apple Trust) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2015 at 12.53pm.
We fix Monday 13 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
