Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2015 at 9.00am it was resolved that as a result of a company restructure the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Hilton Joll, chartered accountant of Deloitte, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator has fixed 24 April 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
