Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GUPPY CONSTRUCTION (2003) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 March 2015 at 11.16am.

We fix 18 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
