Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

MANUKAU FAMILY DOCTORS, ACCIDENT & MEDICAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.36am.

MANUKAU FAMILY DOCTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.38am.

We fix 20 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
