Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 16 March 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that William Gavin Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 2 April 2015 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: The purpose of the liquidation is due to a restructure of the groups’ companies. For clarification, SEKTOR HOLDINGS LIMITED has not been a trading entity and therefore has no debtors or creditors, hence the winding up of the company.
