AGRICULTURAL RECRUITMENT NZ LIMITED (in liquidation)
Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AGRICULTURAL RECRUITMENT NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2015 at 12.12pm.
We fix 17 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
