Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 10 March 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TYRES PLUS (PUKEKOHE) LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Tamina Cunningham-Adams, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 10 March 2015 at 11.00am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 April 2015.
