Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 2 March 2015 at 7.55am, the shareholders of RILEAN CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH ISLAND) LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 2 April 2015.

Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company’s property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
