Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

On 18 December 2014 at 5.20pm, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 27 February 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Rotary Room, Hamilton Gardens, Hungerford Crescent, State Highway 1 (off Cobham Drive), Hamilton, on Wednesday 11 February 2015 at 11.00am.

Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
