Malcolm Grant Hollis and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of M J SHEPHERD BUILDING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 February 2015 at 10.15am.
We fix 2 April 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
