Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that NORTH OTAGO RETURNED AND SERVICES ASSOC INCORPORATED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on 2 December 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 2 December 2014 at 6.30pm.
