Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that GREEN MAN BREWERY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 November 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 30 November 2014 at 5.00pm.
