Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that MOODIE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 November 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 22 November 2014 at 6.30am.
