Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that MARKANG PINOY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 December 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 4 December 2014 at 8.30pm.
