Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that BENNU SYSTEMS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 December 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 11 December 2014 at 10.44am.
