I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

CONFITEX LIMITED (5067644) – certificates were not required under section 47 of the Act – 7 and 11 June 2014.

CUB (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (3281254) – financial statements should have been filed by a different presenter – 15 September 2014.

E4M LIMITED (5459101) – was not placed into a voluntary administration contrary to the notice of appointment of a voluntary administrator – 6 October 2014.

FOREXATOM LIMITED (2338312) – A. M. Gerlach should not have been notified as director – 24 April 2013; and S. J. Brady should not have been notified as having ceased as director – 9 July 2013.

FOREXPLATINUM.COM LIMITED (1857296) – A. M. Gerlach and S. Gerlach should not have been notified as directors – 3 February 2011; and S. J. Brady should not have been notified as having ceased as director – 9 July 2013.

RSD HOLDINGS LIMITED (5056660) – certificates under section 47 of the Act were not required – 7 and 11 June 2014, and 8 December 2014.

SLY GUILD LIMITED (2168940) – repayment schedule filed instead of certificate under section 47 of the Act – 5 August 2014.

SSK2012 LIMITED (4879699) – name changes of directors should not have been filed – 27 November 2014.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 26 January 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
