I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

RAUMATI PROPERTY HOLDINGS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) (1503071) – liquidators’ first report contained errors – 24 November 2014 (application by liqiudators).

UBIQUITOUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (1688001) – constitution related to Communicorp Holdings Limited (78104) – 4 December 2014.

VERITAS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (1476505) – change of company name did not take place, requiring a reversal; both entries are to be withdrawn – 2 December 2014 and 3 December 2014.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 19 January 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
