Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

The directors of GRENADIER REAL ESTATE LIMITED, RAP LIMITED and VPR LIMITED (“the companies”) hereby give notice of the proposed amalgamation with GRENADIER REAL ESTATE LIMITED being the continuing company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the companies or any person to whom the companies are under an obligation at the registered offices of the companies as recorded on the Companies Office website.

A shareholder or creditor of the companies, or any person to whom the companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
