Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that SEAFOOD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED amalgamate with SEAFOOD STRATEGY NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, in accordance with Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993 (the "amalgamation proposal"). Upon amalgamation, SEAFOOD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the companies or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, during normal business hours, at the registered office of the companies. being:
SEAFOOD INDUSTRY HOUSE, 74 Cambridge Terrace, Te Aro, Wellington 6011.
A shareholder of either company, any creditor of either company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the appropriate company at its registered office stated above, marked for the attention of the company secretary.
