I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Limited Partnerships, in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on the application of:
SOUTH STARS INVESTMENTS LP (2595002) - by correcting the name of the limited partner on the application for registration on 23 December 2013.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 21 February 2014 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
