Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, the boards of HURON HOLDINGS NO. 30 LIMITED and ALEXANDER HIRE LIMITED ("the amalgamating companies") give notice of the proposed amalgamation of those companies, with HURON HOLDINGS NO. 30 LIMITED continuing as the amalgamated company.
The proposed amalgamation will take effect on 31 May 2014, or such later date as all necessary documents are filed with the Registrar of Companies and an amalgamation certificate is issued.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom
an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies detailed below during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
