GORDON SMITH & SONS LIMITED (in liquidation) (3665971) - time of appointment of liquidator notified as 12.27pm instead of 1.00pm on 10 March 2014 (application by liquidator).
HAMILTON EARTHWORKS LIMITED (3943361) - notices of vacancy of office from receivers should have been
a notice that receivership had ceased - 13 March 2014.
HONFLEUR LIMITED (2295870) - change of company name did not take place; requiring a reversal; both are to be withdrawn - 28 February 2014.
IMPACT FORESTRY LIMITED (1376419) - O. Batisaresare notified as having ceased as director and shareholder -
23 January 2014.
PUSHPAY HOLDINGS LIMITED (3481675) - directors' certificate under section 47 of the Act were unsigned and are to be withdrawn - 6 March 2014.
SUE MUNRO LANDSCAPING LIMITED (in liquidation) (346505) - liquidators were appointed outside the
10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of application for appointment of liquidators by the High Court - 17 February 2014 (application by current liquidators).
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 17 April 2014 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
