Notice is given that a watershed meeting of creditors
of INDUSTRIAL STAINLESS & DESIGN LIMITED (administrators appointed) will now be held in the Board Room, Level 7, Southern Cross Building, 59 High Street, Auckland, on Friday 26 September 2014 commencing at 10.00am.
Registration will be from 9.45am.
Business
1. To consider the report of the administrators.
2. To determine whether:
(a) to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
(b) the administration should end; or
(c) the company should be placed in liquidation.
