Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on 28 August 2014 at 10.00am, at Suite 3, 8 Alma Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
Agenda
1. Discussion of affairs of the company including the liquidator's first report.
2. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator; or
3. That Colin McCloy, chartered accountant, and Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators in place of Grant Bruce Reynolds.
