Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of MISSION BAY HOLDINGS 2005 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held solely as a postal ballot in accordance with Schedule 5, 1(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The notice of meeting and voting paper was sent to all creditors on 14 August 2014.
The postal voting form should be sent to David Edward Smyth, barrister, the person authorised to receive and count the postal votes in relation to the meeting.
The postal voting form must reach David Edward Smyth by 28 August 2014 at 5.00pm by post, email or fax.
