Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 239AO of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 June 2014 at 2.45pm, the above-named companies were placed into voluntary administration by the directors.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held in the Board Room, Level 7, Southern Cross Building, 59 High Street, Auckland, on Thursday 10 July 2014 commencing at 10.00am.
Registration will be from 9.45am.
Business
1. To confirm the appointment of Paul Graham Sargison and Simon Dalton as administrators.
2. To consider whether to appoint a committee of creditors, and if so to appoint members of that committee.
3. To consider whether to pass any resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the administration.
