Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Wednesday
18 June 2014 at 10.00am, at 108 Rockfield Road, Penrose, Auckland.
Agenda
1. Discussion of affairs of the company including the liquidator's first report.
2. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator; or
3. That Colin McCloy, chartered accountant, and Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators in place of Grant Bruce Reynolds.
