Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of the creditors of OUTDOOR RECREATION MANAGEMENT (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation)
("the company") will be held at AUT Millenium Institute of Sport and Health at 17 Antares Place, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0632, on Tuesday 17 June 2014, commencing at 12.00 midday.
Business
1. Consideration of the liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company's affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands as liquidators of the company, or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in their place.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
