Notice is given that the watershed meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Level 1, 547 Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland, on Thursday 23 January 2014 at 3.30pm.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
(a) To review the report of the joint administrators in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
(b) For the creditors of the company to resolve:
(i) That the company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) on terms not materially different to either of the following proposals:
- The DOCA proposal submitted by Plaman Group Pty Ltd; or
- The DOCA proposal submitted by Ashlaw Legal Services; or
(ii) That the administration should end; or
(iii) That the company be put into liquidation; and
(c) For the creditors of the company to consider and if thought fit to resolve separate resolutions in respect of the remuneration of the joint administrators/deed administrators/liquidators (if applicable); and
(d) Any other business properly brought before the meeting.
