Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Thursday
15 May 2014 at 1.00pm at 108 Rockfield Road, Penrose, Auckland.
Agenda
1. Discussion of affairs of the company including the liquidator's first report.
2. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator or, if not confirmed, then to make an application to the Court for the appointment of a replacement liquidator.
3. Determine whether to appoint a committee of creditors, and, if so, who are to be the committee members.
4. General business.
