Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to call a meeting of creditors of the above-named company to be held at the Boardroom, Downie Stewart Lawyers, Level 8, John Wickliffe House, 265 Princes Street, Dunedin, on Friday
2 May 2014 at 10.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the current liquidator, or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.
A creditor may exercise the right to vote either by being present in person or by proxy.
Notice of appointment of a proxy must be signed by the creditor and delivered to the liquidator not less than two working days before the start of the meeting.
Proofs of debt for voting purposes must be lodged with
the liquidator by 10.00am on Wednesday 30 April 2014 by email to laingt@xtra.co.nz or to Downie Stewart Lawyers, Level 8, John Wickliffe House, 265 Princes Street, Dunedin.
