Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is to be held in the boardroom
at Club Mount Maunganui, 45 Kawaka Street, Mount Maunganui, on Monday 14 April 2014 at 12.00 midday.
Business
1. Consideration of the liquidator's report on the proceeding of the liquidation.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company's affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Derek Lawrence Farrelly as liquidator of the company or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in his place.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
