An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 12 January 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DP 67493 coloured yellow on DP 67493 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA23A/1256 and appurtenant to the part of Lots 2–7 DP 366222 and Lot 1 DP 385496 formerly in Lot 3 DP 67493 currently comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 268429, 268430, 268431, 268432, 268433, 268434 and 342377 specified in Easement Certificate 012493.2 produced on 26 July 1972 and registered on 20 November 1974.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 366222.
