Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 2 November 2014, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicant: Paparata Limited, c/o Lowndes Jordan, Level 15, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
Easement: Right to convey electricity and telecommunications over Lot 2 DP 209296 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA137B/337 (servient tenement); marked "B" on DP 209296 in favour of Lots 9, 105 and 109 DP 470109 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 634291 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer D657675.5 registered on
3 December 2001.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 470109 and the right to convey electricity and telecommunications no longer serves the dominant tenement.
