Description: An estate in fee simple in 485 square metres, more or less, being Lots 12 and 13 on a plan lodged for deposit with Land Information New Zealand under LT 473543 being part Sections 10 and 11 Block II East Taieri Survey District which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Q201, such land being part of the land granted to Alexander Ferrier under Crown Grant 6992 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 6379 dated 19 September 1863 to Arthur John Burns and by Deed of Conveyance 45718 dated 4 July 1878 to The Mosgiel Woollen Factory Company Limited which is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
