Description: An estate in fee simple in 7026 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Otago Land District under number 417977, being part Sections 42 and 44 Block X Moeraki Survey District, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index H130, such land being all the land granted to Susan Buckland under Crown Grant 19/400 on 20 July 1866 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
