Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 29 September 2014, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DPS 67831; marked "F" on DPS 72165, and over Lot 6 DPS 87959; marked "G" on DPS 87959, and over Lot 7 DPS 86161; marked "K" on DPS 86161, and over Lot 8 DPS 86161; marked "L" on DPS 86161 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers SA54B/902, SA69D/16, SA68B/163 and SA68B/164 and appurtenant to the part of Lot 1 DP 328413 currently comprised in Computer Freehold Register 115918 which will become Lot 1 DP 414719 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 455436 created by Easement Certificate B422132.4 registered on 18 June 1997.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement will become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 414719.
