Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DPS 84498; marked "E" and "J" on DPS 84498 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA63A/352 and appurtenant to the part of Lot 1 DP 328413 currently comprised in Computer Freehold Register 115918 which will become Lot 1 DP 414719 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 455436 created by Easement Certificate B553108.6 registered on 6 July 1999.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement will become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 414719.
