Easement: Right of way over Lot 3 DPS 69595; marked "A" on DPS 65350 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA55D/499 and appurtenant to the part of Lot 2 DPS 67858 currently comprised in Computer Freehold Register 115918 which will become Lot 2 DP 414719 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 455437 created by Easement Certificate B156604.3 registered on 3 June 1993.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement will become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 414719.
