Land Applied for: 125 square metres, more or less; shown on LT 473368, being part of the former bed of Mauku Stream adjoining Lot 3 DP 325442 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register 571118) in the District of Waiuku.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 8 September 2014.
