An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 7 July 2014, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right to support a retaining wall over Lot 146 DP 465693 marked "E", over Lot 145 DP 465693 marked "F", over Lot 144 DP 465693 marked "G", over Lot 143 DP 465693 marked "H" and "N", over Lot 142 DP 465693 marked "J", over Lot 141 DP 465693 marked "K" all on DP 465693 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 620890, 620889, 620888, 620887, 620886, 620885, and appurtenant to part Lot 1 DP 472980 and Lot 100 DP 472980 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 646123 and 646121 created by easement instrument 9470738.3 registered on 23 August 2013.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 472980.
