Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 8 June 2014, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Computer Freehold Register 182862 (dominant tenement) and over Lot 6 DP 179674 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 169750 (servient tenement) in favour of Lots 2 and 100 DP 344583 Computer Freehold Register 182863 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer D046579.1 registered on 18 September 1996, and drainage and services rights over Lot 4 DP 177712 marked "C" and "R" on DP 177712 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA109C/583 (servient tenement) in favour of Lots 2 and 100 DP 344583 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 182863 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer D639734.1 registered on 12 September 2001.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 204943 and the drainage and services rights no longer serve the dominant tenement.
