Easement: Right of way over part Lots 1 and 2 DP 38894 coloured yellow on DP 38894 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA71D/981 (servient tenement) in favour of Lot 2 DP 45343 Computer Freehold Register NA1650/35, Lot 8 DP 45343 Computer Freehold Register NA1667/48, Lot 15 DP 45343 Computer Freehold Register NA6C/224 and Lot 5 DP 46012 Computer Freehold Register NA1661/89 (dominant tenements) created by Transfer 512068 registered on 29 July 1952.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 45343 and DP 46012.
