Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the Waipa District Council to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B063100 of the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1426/59 of which the lessors are Keith Sinclair Pendergrast and Marilyn Joy Pendergrast and the lessee is Her Majesty The Queen.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 9572002.2 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
15 May 2014.
