I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 274 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under LT 462968, being part Rural Section 239, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index 3c/s556, such land being part of the land granted to Alfred Richard Creyke under Crown Grant 404 on 20 November 1852 and recorded in 2D/218 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 5502 to James Blacker on 18 April 1860 and conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 32031 to William Wilson on 24 May 1871 and conveyed by settlement 32255 to John Anderson and James Struthers Williams on 31 May 1871, who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
