A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for use in connection with a road and to vest in the Waikato District Council on the 14th day after the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
